question
i stripped my bike down today to get everything ready for paint and i found something in the battery compartment and i dont know what it is or what it goes to. Basically it is a connector bolted to the ground, then has an inline fuse and it is then bolted to the positive terminal. I attatched pictures of the said item. Any ideas guys?

Re: question
it could be a number of things...its just a 12volt source...
if you had that opposite plug on any 12v device it would work...
but like everyone else...it was 99.9% for a battery tender

Re: question
like everyone elose said prob for battery tender but could be used for a number of things like phone charger radar detector etc.( if u didnt get the battery tender when u purchased the bike it would be a good investment if you dont plan on riding alot of the winter)
