well my roommate is fixing to move to ATL... so that opens up a room in my place.

- the 2 bed room townhouse has 2 master bedrooms upstairs. one is yours.
- lighted walk in closet
-we share a bathroom
-there is a 56 inch TV downstairs in the living room.
-the apartment is fully furnished.
-we have our own private fenced in back patio area
-it's right off of Gen Booth and Dam Neck like 5 minutes from the beach (and yes there is some jet noise)


are you eligible?
-Rent is $550 a month. this includes high speed wireless internet. cox premium cable with 240 channels with on demand. and all utilities.
-the address is 1466 E intruder cir. if you want to mapquest it
-im looking for ONE roommate. not you and your girlfriend. so no dont ask.
-you have got to be a clean person.... i will not live in a pig sty
- you must have a dependable job
- this is not a party house. and if theres going to be a major get together we have to discuss it first.
-you will get a tour and an interview before approval
