So I'm on my way home Monday evening from work, and a little ways after I passed over 460 going toward Blacksburg, my car started bogging down, so I downshifted and it did the same thing again, so I let it into neutral and it cut off. So I rolled to a stop in the middle turn lane right near South Main Auto. A couple of us got it off the road and up to the shop, where I left it to be looked at this morning. Come to find out my Timing Belt is in less than Kosher condition, and so my car stopped working. GGRREEEEAAATTTT. So now I think the next step is to get it home to Richmond and fix the timing belt, and since I'm a generally paranoid person about driving on a not completely well working engine, I think I'm gonna take this as a good opportunity to build the head and replace the possibly damaged valvetrain assembly components.

Sad to hear....But you know, your car is one of a few that i don't see much around B-Burg. In fact, i have never seen the car. Always love Hondas. Had H22A Prelude back at home (thailand.) I was thinking about SR 240 and H22 Accord last spring when i had to find a new car. Couldn't go wrong with either. Anyway, hope your car is fixed soon and i'll see you around.

I'm gonna take it as a good enough reason to go ahead and do at least a head buildup, and if i think i can stand being without it long enough, a full internals buildup
Oh yeah and money is also an issue on what I end up doing
