Machine Shops for Big Bore Kit

Machine Shops for Big Bore Kit
I have 2000 Yamaha R1, and while I'm getting bodywork and paint done, I'm also trying to take out all the mechanical work. So far I've been able to do it all myself or with guidance from a friend, but when it comes to a big bore kit, I have no idea where to go. Anyone had work done at a machine shop recently or know of a good one that will take an assembled bike and do the work? I'll provide the kit and gaskets, just need the labor. Any suggestions?
I travel between Charlottesville and Virginia Beach, so location isn't really a problem.
