Good lawyer in PWC for traffic violation?
Long story short, 89/60...it was 12:40am very tired (using poor judgement), highway was clear (i-95 in Woodbridge) and just wanted to get home asap...first offense.
Please keep the "well you should have gone the speed limit dumass" posts out of this thread...I'm aware of that and people that know me...know I drive slow most of the time.
Just wanted to know if anyone can suggest a good lawyer....or if I even need one.
TIA

I imagine alot of people on this board are guilty of the above law several times over before it got removed off the books.
As for the original poster, good move on getting a lawyer. I imagine that you will get little, if any mercy from the court for commiting that offense in a Highway Safety Corridor. Even with a lawyer, bank on at least some type of license suspension in addition to a stiff fine.
