fuel problem
i have a 94 mazda b3000(ford ranger) with a 3.0. i have a problem with the
fuel system. the code says fuel pump circuit open connection eca motor to ground. well ive replaced the fuel pump about 3 months ago and then the problem went away. and now today the problem came back. ive replaced the relay and the fuse is fine. any help would be great.

Re: fuel problem
the button should be somewhat visible, look in your manual, and if the new fuel pump fixed your problem the, it may be a shitty pump, are you getting spark?
Pull the fuel relay, and you can jump two pins and it will engage the pump, then you know if its before that relay or if its after it.

Re: fuel problem
Does the fuel pump run when the key is turned? if it doesn't first check the inertia switch. button is on top, just press it to reset it. if that isn't it check wiring at fuel pump with a test light, see if you are getting current at the pump. If you are than the pump took a crap again, if no current you need to get a schematic for the truck and back trace the circut till you find the "open" in the circut.
