TSCC Test and Tune Saturday, March 15th and Membership/Annual Number information
Okay.. I found the information break down, most of you guys are not on the mailing list for TSCC, hence the reason you don't know about things like the setup times, etc. So here they are for your pleasure.
Item 1: I *will* be holding a Test and Tune this Saturday, March 15th at Fentress on the X. Sunday's course will be on the new stuff, so you will not be running the same setup. I will be using the timing lights and computers so that you can actually see your times and the effects of changes. The cost will be $10 and it will run from 11am to 3pm. The number of runs will ofcourse depend on the number of people that show up.
Item 2: It's membership time at TSCC. Here's the deal:
Membership is $20 for a single, $30 for a couple, $40 for a family. This get's you autocrossing at $15/event instead of $20. Also, March is the last event of annual numbers for 2002. To get an annual number you must prepay the year, which is $100 (i.e. $10/event). The only event that trumps BOTH membership and annual numbers is the Winter #1/Joy Fund event, it's $25 for everyone reguardless.
If you have any questions, post here, or better yet email me, chad@merritt.org

This is not just an opportunity to play with settings on the car (it's amazing how much tire pressures will effect a car) but also one to try new driving techniques, etc. So far I only have about 10 people that say they are going to be there, so do the math, how many runs will 10 people get in 4 hours?
As for May, I don't know. I'll have to see what the situation is in May.

HA HA HA I have never heard that one. That is my biggest problem. Jerry
