Video camera repair, service?

Video camera repair, service?
I have a Samsung DV cam and the last time I used it, the picture has lines through it, hardly any sound. Almost as if the picture is being partially scrambled. I tried a tape that I knew was a good recording and it did the same thing. So im kind of thinking something is wrong with the heads or they are dirty.
Anyone know of any shops that repair DV camera's or should I try and get ahold of Samsung's service center? Im just mad because Ive used it only about 10-15 times at the most. Thanks for any info.

I work at Panasonic. Our cameras get the same stuff. Run a head cleaner through your cam. If that doesn't help, drop me a PM tomorrow I'll let you know of some good places in this area that could probably help you out.

Hmmm...the playback on a TV does that, or when capturing it to a PC? And you say DV, so I'm going to assume you are meaning mini-DV. What doe sit look like when you record video? You said you put in a good recording to test it's playback, I think...but is it also recording bad?

It plays it back and captures to a PC with shitty results Yeah its a Mini-DV. The recording, the second tape I tried, I had recorded before this started and it played back the same way. I have a very nice video of my SS against a real SS (sad huh) and thats when it seems it started. The only thing I have not tried is playing the tape in something else, since I dont have anything else, and cleaning the heads.
Thanks for the tips, I will try to find a head cleaner today.
