I applied I think. I filled out the application and pressed submit. The info dispappeared but it didn't notify me as being sent.

 

if you scrolled back up it tells you ..."thank you for your application" and all the boxes then are empty.

 

I saved all of my information just in case there was a problem.. but yeah, it should tell you at the top in a red message if I recall correctly [that it was saved].
