Dustin, how did you do? Get it running right?

Sheryl cut a 1.57 60', her best yet, so it must have been hooking a little. I didnt go last night. Decided to go to the Vette show at Zip today.

OMG, never seen so much chrome and carbon fiber in my life! I bet a couple cars had $3k - 4k in chrome under the hood. Good group of guys, but not my speed (literally ).

There were some sweet older vettes there. This one caught my eye.

Yeah my car is straight now. Once you got down the track past the 60' it was a little loose. The outlaw guys were having a hard time hooking up.

btw...I saw the 66 you posted a pic of at a show last weekend. The paint on that car looked perfect.

It seemed to hook alright for me, and I ran both left and right lanes. I left pretty early on, I was gone by 8, and even in the heat it was doing OK, better than my past two trips to Richmond.

I didn't see any boss cars run but I left early.

Yeah but they act like they are too good to treat the track on fridays.... people would pay extra at the gate for it.... that shit only costs like 20-25$ a gallon. 3-5 bucks extra per racer would cover it and make them a dollar or two on top of it. Not to mention that it'd change lots of folks minds about friday night.

I know your car hooks like mad Richard but a little VHT goes a long way for everyone else. They spread it out on sats/suns, just have no love for friday night street cars. Maybe we should bring our own VHT? If I brought it and donated it (or our club) on a friday I bet they still wouldn't put it down...
