SR has a rough idle and bogs at lower RPMs
I have bought a brand new MAF, 255lph, and 300zx fuel fiilter, brand new NGK spark plugs gappedd at .028 I set the timing at 15deg the second mark from last notch, the motor seems to be idleing funny which causes the marks to jump making it difficult to set. When the car is warm the idle changes from 1000- 500 changing everytime i rev it. I had the idle at 850 but the motor kept bogging. My vaccum reads 20 so i dont think i have any leaks. When i drive the car between 1500-3000rpms the motor sputters and bogs then when i hit past 3000rpms the revs are smooth and the car flys. so what should i do??????

I had the same problem with my Riviera. It turned out to be a vacuum leak, the balancer had gone bad, I needed a camshaft position sensor, and I needed a new ignition module. I don't know much about Hondas, but it may be your timing or any one of the aboved named things I had to replace. You're looking at a pretty penny for all that too. Hope that helps.

how did you check you timing? as per heavy throttle? or did you just shoot the gun and move the CAS. make sure you did this right.
if so, the IACV may need cleaning...have fun pulling the upper intake manifold in order to get it out.
also, check all the grounds for the coil packs. (what maf are you running? stock SR?)

It could be an intake or vaccum leak somewhere. I'd also say its a MAF but you already said you replaced it, and usually a bad MAF should cause the SES light to turn on...I think.

I don't know much about Hondas either, but your Nissan probably has a vacuum leak somewhere.. =)
Sounds like maybe a sensor issue too, like a wiring problem possibly. Did you shield the wires from your MAF? Sometimes signals that are small at lower RPM can get lost in noise if the wires aren't shielded..

well the problem got really bad when i went to richmond dragway and ran 18 in the 1/4. i could tell that the motor was running bad through all gears. I checked my coil packs and one is not firing and another is barely firing every so often. so i was cruizing in 2.5 cylinders. i guess that was my problem
