Its that time of year again. George has unofficially announced that first open practice night will be April 18th. There will be another practice on the 25th then points start on May 2nd. In order to run for points you have to purchase a number. Last year they were 3 dollars so I assume they are the same this year. Whos in this season?

nice . . .my car pretty much the same except near the end of the season i blew the motor an built a new one, just been driving it around and back and forth to work some . . but still got a few parts i gathered to try out . . i really need some sticky tires but nothing wide ever comes in 15's that are sticky and dot . . .

I'm running 275 35 15 Hoosier a6, they are 15 x 10. Sticky as they come sir but nearly 300 a tire to your door.

hmmm i thought when i was looking it up they only went up to 225 .. .also gotta watch the height . need something around 26-27 inches tall. . . 23 would probably be a donut lol. . . i found some i like but the company won't e-mail me back with more specs

I know you want to keep the Monte "no tech" haha, but if you go to 17" wheels they have a pretty good width selection.

yeah i thought about it . . still haven't found anything much in 17's that i liked . . plus finding a 5 on 5 17 is not hard but not very easy either lol . . . .they needa just let me run some 12 inch late model slicks and call it a day lol . . . but yeah i got a little time . . i might go ahead and order the tires i'm looking at and give them a whirl . . for the price wouldn't be loosing to much
