Is it the original motor in the car with 68k miles? Are the two dents shown the only on the car?

yeah original mileage on body, motor everything is 68K. My brother n law got the car with 44K on it and put 24K on it this past year. I got the car from him. There is some small dings but the two dents shown in the picture are the only two "major" dents.
