Anyone live in Norfolk that knows alot about engines and would be willing to help me get this van I just bought running?

It is a 1980 Dodge with a 225 slant 6 in it, I have replaced the carb, fuel pump, filter, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, engine modules.
It has spark, just wont run.
