reckless by speed is 20 mph over the speedlimit, except for 35 mph zones, where reckless is 60 mph. Of course, driving like an idiot can get you reckless also.

my brother got pulled over doing 81 in a 65 on sat., the cop said he would drop it to 79 so it wouldnt be reckless.
