2 of our roomates just moved out so me and my friend how have an open room available. You will be moving into my old room since Ill be moving over to the adjacent bigger room. It is a fairly small room honestly but I was comfortable with my bed, dresser, 2 side tables and my desk. Has a very decent size closet. The room was painted right before I moved in.

The address is 1500 Winder St if you want to google it or come by and check it out. I ride my bike to class and its maybe a 5 minute ride, you can walk it but it might be a pain everyday. Me and my best friend are fairly clean people, the house can get messy but its nothing that cant be picked up in a few minutes. We both ride bicycles a lot, hang out, play Wii and PC games and Im obviously into cars (DSM guy). We have a nice sized backyard you can park in to get off the street and work on your car. Im also always up to help lend a hand if you return the favor. We occasionally drink but neither of us do any sorts of drugs. So if you wanna smoke or something please just confine it to your room.

Rent would be $320 and utilities are $60 a month. You have free range of the house. The $60 includes everything, except we dont have cable but if you really want cable me and my roomate also do we just never had much of a reason to so it can be done.
