Name: Jesse Klein
Location: Reedville, Virginia
Means of contact: Phone/Text/PM (804-580-1708)
Price: $7100
Description: For sale is a 1996 Jeep Cherokee (XJ) with around 226000 on the body. It started life as someone's failed attempt at a chop, that was in dire need of finishing. I even had to buy a second complete jeep to finish the chop the correct way. It has a newish motor, clutch, 5 speed transmission (around 5000 miles on all of them, had my mechanic verify that they were indeed newish). 3" lift, newish 33x12.50s and a nice satin tan paint job. This is no rattle can job, we even painted the jambs and painted the inside of the doors, so the paint job would be flawless if you put the interior back in it. I have put insane quantities of time and effort and money into finishing this chop. You have to view the build albums linked below to really appreciate the work that has been put into this.
I could go on for days on what we had to do to fix the chop, but I will just give you a list of the major modifications and add-ons.
Custom Rear Chop
Bed-lined Roof and Floor
Trimmed Fenders
CJ7 Headlights (super bright)
Custom Soft Top
Custom Tail Gate
Custom Led Tail Lights and Turns
Custom Battery Box
Optima Red Top
Custom Front Bumper
ORF Rear Bumper
New 8000lb Winch
New D-Window Wheels (have a 5th wheel for spare)
Spectre Cowl Intake
Custom Roof Rack
Custom Limb Risers
High Lift Jack
Hidden Bluetooth Stereo
I would be more than willing to give a complete run down to prospective buyers.
It comes with a non-running 88-92 XJ (not sure what year, didn't really care) with a 3" lift and TJ wheels as a parts jeep. Has a 4.0L automatic, nice dash with half of the interior panels, and another set of seats.
I also have lots of brand new parts like window cranks, door seals, cup holders, etc.
Please feel free to take a look at the build albums, so you can appreciate the effort put into saving this jeep.

This thing has a new inspection and starts, runs and drives nicely. Asking $7100 as it is, plus the parts XJ. I might be willing to trade for something else cool/nice of equal value or cash on your end.

I don't want to trade for something that needs tires and is missing pieces. I am looking to get rid of my project, for something that doesn't need anything. If your mini had good tires and wasn't missing pieces, I would entertain it.

sweet chopped xj man! I've been wanting to do this to mine, but haven't had the balls to take a saw to it. GLWS, def. worth the money with the amount of work it takes

Thanks. It definitely required a lot of effort to save this jeep. Just needs someone to put the finishing touches on it.
