"MerF, you wrecked your Supra?!"
^ That is the question I was suddenly asked by several people this morning that were watching the news while eating breakfast at work. As I looked at them like they were retarded, they explained that on Channel 13 news, they were showing the aftermath of a pretty nasty wreck, and the centerpiece was a black MKIV Supra. I realized that this was not good, since there are only a handful in teh area, especially since the wreck was on Northampton Blvd, not far from my house. I immediately checked my voicemail, no messages. I was half-tempted to call VR-4ever and have him make sure the car was still out front when the story refreshed itself back around at the half-hour. Turns out it's not mine, but it took a few seconds to point out the few differences. My rims are chromed, these were stocks (with centercaps), and as far as I could tell, there was no i/c (although there wasn't much front end left anyway). My condolences to the owner, but I'm just VERY relieved it wasn't mine...especially if I wasn't driving...yikes. Hell of a way to start the fucking day.

Wasn't your supra dude. When I saw the news, I freaked and ran to the window to see that the car was still there. "Someone" was doing a third gear pull from the shore drive onramp onto Northhampton blvd. Instead, he/she climbed the bank of the onramp, jumped over Northhampton blvd, and wrecked on the opposite side of the road.
So... who owns this black supra?

*Whew*...funny that you saw it, too. I clamed down when there was no messages on my phone, but not completely until I saw the car itself. Besides it having DOD stickers on it and not chrome rims, it was a twin...although I couldnt' tell if it was a TT or not.
Someone must know who this was.

woah. i stay down the street from that ramp. howd you know they threw it in third on the ramp? nah it wasnt snowing. light rain til this afternoon,then snow.

The reason I am making this reply ( 9am) is because I just saw the 13 News rerun and saw the story and I immediately also thought it was Merf's. You dont see a lot of black Supras . Thanks for clearing this up..I wonder who it was, maybe I should ask Lenny.

As for the rest of you haters...lol...I couldn't imagine the flak had it been me. Hell, I'm getting flak at work and it WASN'T me. Ha! Let us know if Lenny recognized the car.
