like title says im lookin for a fender roller or similar(not a bat or other half baked tools/ideas)

ya im tired of my 16's rubbin an lookin at my car like its at stock height when its parked at the show(an its lowered almost 2ins)an i cant afford the 15's i want

so ya i need a tool like the one at the bottom of the page an no i cant afford a new one but would be willing to rent or throw me some numbers on a good used one
