Default tps problem?

My car is throwing a cel for the EACV (Electrical Air Control Valve) but it shows all the symptoms of a TPS problem. It hesitates upon acceleration and idles funny around 2k rpms. When i got the car i was told it was the tps but the cel it is throwing is confusing me... lmk if yall know anything!
Thanks

doesn't sound like tps at all, tps went out on my camry and it wouldn't idle at all but acceleration did suck or just didn't happen at all. dumb technology imo

there should be a better way to tell how far open my throttle is, and I would prefer one that doesn't break.
