It's basically moving a thread from its location in the thread list, to the top, in order for people to see it easier and quicker. Also an effective way of moving an old thread into view, instead of making a new one.

It's basically moving a thread from its location in the thread list, to the top, in order for people to see it easier and quicker. Also an effective way of moving an old thread into view, instead of making a new one.
