Default Need a good exhaust shop

Im thinking about buying a dc 4-1 header, a hi- flow cat, and muffler. Should I do this or would you recommend taking the cat out. I need a good shop that will install this for me and do the piping without spending a ton of money. I want 2.25 piping and dont want it to sound so "riced-out" and high pitched either . What brand of header/exhaust should I go with? How much do shops normally charge for this amount of work? thanks

the header and cat are bolt on.

you will have to get the muffler cut off and a new one welded on..thats it.
