Studio for Rent - Virginia Beach Town Center
Studio for Rent -
You want the ultimate pad? Then read further. Lady is getting deployed end of Dec. Since my work is on the penn, I'm going to save some $ by living up there and for such, we've decided to rent out our place in Town Center VB.
Complex is studio 56 IN town center. You walk out the front door and Confetti will be to your left and McCormicks to your right. The funny bone, Ruths Chris, and Keagans are right in front of you, Sandler center behind you. Soon there will be a Cigar bar to your right and the Yardhouse there too. There are also a lot of other bars you can walk to (town center, duh). The studio is ~750 sqft and can come either furnished or unfurnished, you just let us know what you want. Amenities include;
Fridge
Oven
Microwave
Stove
Dish washing machine
Central Heat/AC
Optional furnishings can include;
Micro Suede wrap around couch
HE Washer and Dryer
Queen Size bed
55" Wall Mounted flat screen
Desks
Air Hockey Table (Mounted to the ceiling, comes down with a winch)
Tons of other things we can discuss further.
One side of the condo is lined with windows with Roman Shades. Hardwood Bamboo floor and plenty of storage spots.
Rent is $1150 a month w/ one month security deposit. Furnishings may alter price depending on what you want; we'll discuss that in detail for those who are interested. Lease will be for one year but we can consider a monthly gig as well. Rent includes water/sewage. You pay for electric and cable. You will be subject to a background check and need to provide references. Place will be ready to be moved in on Dec 15th. If sooner is required, we can arrange something. damn, I wish the GF didn't have a little one. I'd love to rent it, and its the right time frame.

Sorry for the shitty pics. Its on an old camera that has issues. Also, some pics are from other day (place was a wreck) spent today cleaning it up, looks alright now
