i have some work done to mine ATM just after market headers fully adj suspension complete exhaust K&N cold air intake and some fuel injectors about how much would a turbo kit go for

Turbo kits can range from (building your own) about a 1000-4000 depending on the setup.

What do you call the STI? Last time I checked it was 4 doors....
How about an Evo?
The stock F22B1/2 are iron sleeved blocks so they're great to turbo and you can comfortably push the motor to 250-300hp with stock everything. Of course you start to push the limits on the 300 end but you can safely add 100hp assuming the engine is in good shape to start with. And you wouldn't lose much reliability.
