Description:
Looking for a reliable civic or accord (preferably stock but will take slightly modded) to become my new DD I have 8600 to spend max but if you're cars nice I'll take a car being sold for 1000. All I care about is that the car is manual, reliable, no problems, and is not over the NADA book value.

I am willing to test drive today and purchase tomorrow! So hmu!
