Default good restaurants in Williamsburg/NN?

hey guys n gals. could you recommend some good restaurants in the williamsburg/ newport news area? i'm looking for a place for dinner on valentine's day. nothing too fancy. trying to keep the price range for 2 people around $75 and under. my girlfriend and i are going to be staying at a bed and breakfast in williamsburg so i don't want to have to drive TOO far for dinner. i mean we're gonna have a long night ahead of us HUBBA HUBBA
any type of food btw. not looking for anything specific. thanks

Nothing better than cooking yourself for her. I'm sure she would really appreciate that.

But, if you are looking for a good resturant, I think the Olive Garden is the best bet. Get a reservation though

Italian: Maurizio's on 60 is my favorite. Not expensive tho, if you're looking for something expensive

otherwise, there are some good steakhouses on Richmond Road. If you are goin for Valentine's day though, it might be kinda lame to go with a nation wide chain like Olive Garden.

Dude it's Valentines Day you need go go much bigger than Olive Garden or Outback! If you've got $75 to blow then go to the Whaling Company in the burg for great seafood and such (they have other stuff too). If you really want to impress her make a reservation and one of the Colonial Taverns. King Geroges is wonderful.

You could always eat at Kingsmill on the James... but that gets very expensive very fast.

Fuck that...go to Luigi's for italian....there was a place called Christophers who had nice seafood....Too bad Nick's is gone that was a fancy place...but good luck...just an idea, but if you knew the weather would be decent, then Id look into staying at VA Beach...they have plenty of nice restaurants...followed by a walk on the beach (weather permitting) and THEN the bed and breakfast....thats what im doing...good luck man
