I picked up another bike that was what I wanted from the start and need to make some room in the garage. The bike is a 1990 Harley Davidson Sportster 883. I have a clear title, and had the bike registered, insured, and on the road prior to teardown at the beginning of winter.

Frame: Comes with title. No swingarm, as I was gonna do a weld on hardtail and sold that a while ago. These are cheap though so no big deal. Frame will come with foward controls. $500

Gas Tank: Good tank, primered black. $75

Engine/Tranny: Comes with new battery, straight pipes, carb, ignition, keys, HD service manual, and a chrome air cleaner cover off of a softail, wiring harness. $800

Front end: Tire is in good condition, brakes are good, nice looking front end, no front fender. $300

Rear wheel: Solid wheel, tire has good tread, comes with sprocket for belt and a good belt. $200

Bike ran good prior to teardown. Had it on the road all summer. Title is clear. This was my project until I stumbled across another one the other day that was what I wanted originally. I will sell everything for $1500. That way you can save a little money. I do not live where I have the bike stored, and it is a good 25 minute drive for me. Please do not come by unless you have cash in hand.
