2007 NSRA RICHMOND NATIONALS

FEATURES:
More than 1800 cars from 1977 and prior years, including street rods,
customs, muscle cars, antiques and restored vehicles from all over the country will be
in attendance.
VALUE:
At Richmond, there will be in excess of fifty million dollars worth of cars. Most
of the cars that will be in attendance are valued from $10,000 to $40,000 for an
average of $25,000 per vehicle.
SPECIAL ATTRACTIONS:
EXHIBITORS:
Nearly 75 manufacturers and dealers of specialty automotive
equipment will be on display and will be selling their parts, supplies, and accessories
in the exhibit building during the three day event. Companies in attendance will be
PPG, American Racing Equipment, Inc., Walker Radiator, Miller Welding, ISCA,
Buckaroo Communications and C.W. Moss will be in attendance.
AWARDS: On Saturday, August 25, 2007, there will be a “Special Vehicle
Participation Area” area at the Richmond Raceway Complex set aside for the
display of special featured vehicles:

- Identified as one of Virginia’s premier automotive gatherings.
DATES AND TIME:
- Friday, August 24, 2007: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday, August 25, 2007: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday, August 26, 2007: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
ADMISSIONS:
- Adults - $12, Children 6 to 12 - $3, and Children 5 and under - free when
accompanied by an adult. - Discounted tickets are priced at $10.00 for seniors,
(60 years ands older) and military personnel with proper identification. - Also, priced at $10.00 are discounted for NSRA members with a current membership card.
- Only one
discount ticket per ID for the three categories. - Tickets for the event are on sale ONLY
at the fairgrounds.
PRODUCER:
- The National Street Rod Association, the world’s largest street rod sport
sanctioning organization with over 52,000 members worldwide, produces
the Richmond Nationals. - Headquarters are in Memphis, Tennessee

conjunction with the event. - A vintage auto parts swap meet will be held.
- Live entertainment will be featured on Friday night at the host
hotel. - Music, games and fun for the entire family will be in
abundance.

30 years of age - A street called “Chevy in a Chevy” features all Chevrolet vehicles with
Chevy engines. - A street called “Deuce Day” open to all 1932 Fords in recognition of the
75th anniversary of the 1932 Ford. - A street called “Traditional Way” featuring cars looking as original as
possible from the by-gone era of early automotive customizing and
modifications. - A street called “Flamin Freeway” featuring all vehicles with flames.
On Sunday, August 26, 2007 an awards program will be held at 2:00 P.M. at
the outdoor stage area featuring the award winning cars of the 3rd Richmond
Nationals

Yeh, I'll be there. I told my pops that I would help them with the event. His car club is helping sponsor it. I could be at Bristol.

My old man is gonna be up there this weekend. He's taking his Black 71' Chevy Pick-Up. I'm sure there will be some really nice stuff out there.
