Default Local Architect Firms

Has anyone dealt with any local architecture firms, or even ones out of state that can take basic floor plans and do the real work structural design work to the drawings?

My wife and I are looking to build a 45x30 3 car garage with a living space above and I need a firm to review what I have designed and go forward with the architectural work for it.

I figured why not check here first to see if anyone works for a company or if anyone has personal dealt with a company.

My friends father is an architect but he lives in NoVA. I could probably get his # or email for you if you want.

Mosley architects off lynhaven. (never heard about them)

Waller Todd and Sadler architects in VB by WRV (Good company)

Clark Nexsen all commercial firms.

sounds to me like you want more of structural engineer to figure out the loads your building will be exhibiting to make sure walls are made from the correct materials and have the right foundation/footing and slab configuration.
