Roomate needed:
I will be in need of a new roomate and will have a bedroom available in my 2 bedroom 1 bath condo available approx August 1st. Its located off Indian Lakes near Ferrell Pkwy and Indian River. (near Regent, Princess Anne shopping centers, and even _CRS' Parts Xchange)
Rent will be 350 plus half water and half electric, and rest of the bills will be on me. You will have full use of washer and dryer, HDTV, kitchen with nice cookware, etc. Rest of apartment besides your room will be furnished.
Some of the restrictions are:
Must be male, 21 or over, non smoker, and no pets besides fish or reptiles. Only other thing I ask is to be respectful and clean up after yourself!
If interested pm me.

Up for rent again, guy sent me a check for deposit 3 weeks ago and he just called to tell me his plans changed and he no longer need the room. If you need a room hit me up and it is available immediately.
