Default Clean Engine bay

Does anybody know where I can take my care to get my engine bay cleaned. I just want it to look a little cleaner it looks like sh*t to me.

Thanks

If you don't want to do it you can take it to any dealership (I think) and get your car detailed, or just get your engine bay cleaned if you want.

If you put your time and effort into it (and if you have access to a wire brush, some purple power, and a pressure washer) you can make it clean enough to eat off of.

DIY.

The first time (or first couple of times) it will take you a few hours to do it..but, i would suggest you to wash it as part of your weekly routine..It wont take you 10 mins to wash it after the first detail....

I use simple green automobile to remove grease, oil, etc. Simple green is really gentle and it wont harm your paint or your rubber hoses. Use a towel to rub off your hoses (do not use steel brush)....use regular sponge in your hood....use toothbrush in tight spaces and use a harder bristle brush in other parts of the engine......use as many simple green as necessary...hose off regularly so you can see if its all clean....repeat as necessary.
