Octane Magazine Performance Showcase 8/27
Octane Magazine will be hosting an all makes, all models car show & swap meet on August 27 at American Indoor Karting in Portsmouth (http://www.americanindoorkarting.com/). There will be awards for 1-3 places in all classes and the first place winners in every class will have their vehicle featured in a future issue of Octane Magazine. Best in Show winner will be featured in the November/December '05 issue with a guaranteed cover shot.
Pre-registration is $15 (http://www.octaneonline.com/showcase05.htm) and day of show registration is $20. We will be registering vehicles from 8am - noon with awards beginning at 2:30.
Swap meet spaces will be $20 and vendor spaces for businesses are $25 for Octane advertisers and $40 for non-advertisers.
Spectators will be free. Hope to see you there!
We will also be having a food drive to benefit the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia. Please bring non-perishable food items to donate if you would like to contribute.

Ok, here are the revised classes. There is a 3 car minimum per class. For example, if only 3 Corvettes register and they are different generations, they will be combined into one Corvette class. On the other hand, if we have 20 Z-cars or something show up, we would probably break up the class by generation and create extra classes to make it as fair as possible. Hope to see you all there!
