233cc legel for highway ??
found an offbrand (2nd party honda motor...yet...asian built) street bickes...4 cylinder etc....buuut..therer 233cc-250cc whats highway legel ??

If you can register the bike and make it go at least 65 mph, then I'd assume it's highway legal ...

The engine size isn't what you should be worried about, DOT approval is. I doubt they've ok'd a "Honda rip-off" ok'd for their highways.
