all i know is that ninja's and shaolin monks do it so its got to be good....seen some pretty amazing shit on , of course, the discovery channel and medical shows about how good it can be for the health and the strength of the body if done correctly....

I know of a couple people that used it to quit smoking. My mom does it all the time she says it really helps her.
