the school won't sponsor you.. or support you.. or let you hang up flyers. you need a philanthropy.. aka some sort of organization that benefits people that you support.. and you would need to 'give back' to the community.. aka car washes and donating some of the proceedes to your philanthropy.. or yard sales.. basically commuting service.. and you would have to right by-laws and a constitution.. and then get it approved by the college.. or a greek judicial board if there is one at NOVA. I myself am in a national fraternity and being recongized by a college isn't easy.. i've also helped a sorority start up and bring their national sorority to my college so they could have a chapter.. takes a good year to start up a greek organization.
