Default Rim repair place in Virginia beach area

I have a 18*10 roush wheel w/ a small piece of the lip missing. It holds air but im worried this thing is just gunna blow being how much the tires are I dont want to deal w/ that. Ive called a bunch of places around here and i couldnt find anyone that coudl do this. Some guy said i have to call the 'rim doctor' but he didnt know his number and i dont think he's listed. Anyone have any advice? Thanks.
