From what I saw, Kroger now has gates and they had them all locked up so no one could sit in the lot last time.

 

do the police think that becasue they keep people from hanging out at kroger that they are gonna stop the street raceing scene?? lol they really are morons

i MIGHT come out this weekend. depends on who i'm doing.

 

I understand there is an issue of insurance for Kroger, but I think having idiots congregate in a parking lot is much safer in the long run then having them run up and down Broad St. racing or acting like overall jackasses. It's a shame there is no where downtown that people can actually gather legally.
