Last night, me and some other people were coming back from ptown and we encounter this pretty clean looking (surprisingly), brand new(not the srt), neon. It was red with a full ground effects kit, rims, and altezzas. I'm guessing it was lowered too. Trey (StillPushin) creeped up next to it in his crx but before he could get right next to the neon it took off. So trey got on it too. And this dumbass in the neon kept hauling ass and almost plowed right into the back of this other car, but in trying to avoid a collision, the neon swerved into Trey's lane almost sideswiping him. He gave him the hazards too! I wouldn't be surprised if someone on here knew him. The car is nice, but the driver isn't.
