Sanding
I just got a wing, and its painted green, I was wondering what grade of Sandpaper do i use to sand it down and not damage the wing. Lemme know

light grade. wet sand is good.

wet sanding aint gonna take the color off.....200 then 500 then wet sand with 1000

use airplane paint remover, spray on, let sit, then hose off.......works wonders ask Crate

COver it with balogna then let it sit overnight....the paint will be off in the morning guaranteed

You can just go 200 then 600 or 800 if you want, that's plenty fine for being repainted over. Primer will take care of the rest.
