Got quoted $350 for cam install in NC

Lowest I got in NoVA was a flat grand, prices went even higher to $1500

Found out I can get a supercharger installed in NC for $400

NoVA shops will want thousands

Yea shops around here always wanna rape you. They wanted so much to installed my lowering springs/shocks. Wanted $250 mininum, some wanted like $400 (w/out alligment). I got em' installed and alligend for $100 w/a hookup from a mechanic at Nissian.

 

Thats why you gotta say fuck it and install it yourself.

 

dont forget the living standards are ALOT higher in nova as compared to nc, south in general. just an example have you seen how much the used tires places in nova charge for a 15" tire? i have been quoted $50 per tire at a place in arlington lol, just an hour away in richmond i picked up a set of 4 great tires for $60.

 

Not to mention some idiot in a suit will take his Benz to ASC and pay any amount of money just so they can get that sticker on the front of their grille. 500 dollars for an oil change? Hah! Tis' peasant change.
