looking for shops

anyone know of some good shops that are trust worthy and are reasonable with their prices to install engine parts? let me know
for exhaust i heard superior auto in ptown is that a good place for exhaust?

i heard that Superior Auto does good exhaust work...i also heard that they do all of Millenium Autosports exhaust work.. and if u go up front to Superior they will give u a better price
