that is my baby... i dont know whether to spend the money and totally do a 5spd conversion... or try and sell it and just get something already 5spd....

Try selling it and get a 5speed car. I mean, when you sell it. Thats not gonna be a added bonus.
Now, If the car is a good car. Then yes, do it. But if it has it's problems, and you hate it. Get rid of it.
