Question For SRT-4 Owners
I ran up on a really good deal all in the box
1. SAFC II
2. Turbo xs RFL BOV
3 turbo xs boost controller
4 Hks turbo timer
all of this for $500 bucks
this guy is a close friend so everything is ligit. the question im asking is, Is the SAFC 2 gonna be a plus with the stock injectors and what have not or Should I just sell it and get the hard pipe kit and the block off plate?

I'm going to mark this day in my calendar. We agreed on something
what are stock srt injectors... 450's? If you're gonna turn up the boost i don't think it's gonna take much to max those out. I'd say keep the safc just don't tune it on the edge, wait till you get some bigger injectors for that! I'm just stabbin in the dark on this thought, you really need joey or richard to respond on this.

Couldn't really hurt to upgrade those injectors, but like the other zero said, it's a good deal regardless. If nothing else, but it all from him and sell it in pieces for a profit!
Depends on what mods you already have. If you're S1 with intake and exhaust and a wga, then you probably won't have much room to take out fuel with the AFC. In that case I would say buy it anyway and then get a return line and regulator. Turn up the fuel pressure and you'll be good for more boost on those injectors. I'm assuming you have an 04 or a S1 03.
Without some supporting mods and the ability to throw more fuel in the equation you aren't going to really be able to do much with the AFC. You'll be able to lean out the car, but you could easily accomplish the same thing with a wga. It's good to have in waiting though. I sold mine and then ended buying another one a few months later.
Not a fan of the RFL. Most of the Neons here in Daytona run them... garbage. Also not a fan of an MBC on the stock turbo, but it'll do.
So what are your mods?

MSD wires
No cat nor resinators witha custom side out 2 1/2 with the Block off plate removed (I hate getting tickets so I had to be able to go back to quiet exhaust)
Cold air intake
I ran a 8.8 at 83. miles an hour in the eighth on stock bfg's but still spinin first and second
I am running 17lbs of boost till redline then it drops to 15.
other than that its kind of a freak car It runs a whole lot better that it really should with such few mods.
There aren't really any other mods you need to be running low 13s high 12s. I had a similar setup but with an EBC instead of just the WGA... personal preference. Also had a full exhaust w/ 02 housing. My bov didn't add any power.
Back to your car:
With your mods and running that amount of boost you don't have much room to lean out the car with the AFC. You'll probably be able to eek out another 10-15hp with it. With a return line/rising rate regulator and pump you'll be able to up the fuel pressure to get those injectors to last longer. At 22psi or so you'll be able to take out enough fuel to keep her from pulling timing at that boost level. Car will be making pure power. You'll need a tach driver for that AFC and I would recommend a bov, just not the RFL.
The exhaust and front mount will start to become a problem with really big boost but you really don't need anything else to make 300whp on the stocker. I have more but my plans for my car may be different than your plans for yours
If you can just get the AFC from him for cheap I would do that. I'd end up selling the other stuff. RFL for a Greddy or HKS, boost controller for $$ for an EBC and you dont really need the turbo timer. If you like the RFL and want the turbo timer then it's a good deal.
I assume that you do know that you'll need a wideband to tune the AFC so she won't go boom.
