Simply put...

I got hit from behind... and then i hit the person in front of me... now im having back problems and I'm going to the doctors tomorrow to check it out... the insurance company fo the person that hits me wants to settle... i dont want to until i get the results back from the doctors...

I only had the car 2 1/2 weeks and my mom wants to trade it in for a new one after the repairs are done... but she doesn't want to pay more than she already has... she wants the other insurance company to pay... we havn't talked to the other insurance company to see if they are gonna pay or not... but to be on the safe side, we want a lawyer to talk to them to get more money for a new car and possibly pain and suffering.
