What is with people that want to trade cars?
Can someone tell me why, when you sell something on Ebay, everyone thinks you'll want to trade for it? Case in point - I have my 03 WRX on Ebay right now. In the last few days these are just a few of the "offers" I have received:
"Is this a front mount and do u wanna trade for a 2000 BMW"
"Would you be willing to trade your wrx for an 02 blk on blk wrx with some modifcations and ill put in some $$$ along with trade? I live in NC.. let me know thanks!! car looks great!"
This is my favorite:
"will you trade for a custom 1997 eclipse/talon, it has a 12-piece NSX wide body kit, an EVO front bumper, a blitz rear bumper, eclipse altezza taillight conversion, 99 eclipse chrome twin projector head lights,gtr wing with brake light (car is on primer ready for paint), 5 speed manual, alpine cd player, engine ground control system kit, apexi exhaust, racing headers, 10.3 mm racing prark plugs, NGK g-power platunum racing spark plugs, cold air intake, and motegi 17inch ff7 wheels with 2 inch wheels spacers in the back and 1 inch in the front, ralliart black leather racing seats? "

Everything I have put on ebay has had stupid ass offers or I got emails with low ball offers after the shit didn't sell........cheap bastards

No I think he's talking about the grounding kit. It's like bigger and stronger ground wires for your electical system under the hood. Pretty much does nothing for the car though.

well im planning on trading my prelude when its painted and lowered for a 96+ civic. I need to get as much MPG's as possible.

The kicker is that I had a serious offer on my car for my buy-it-now price. He was going to finalize the loan paperwork Monday morning, and I just got an e-mail from him saying he was no longer interested because he thought I was trying to scam him because it was listed at two different places, for two different prices, and the seller's location were two different places.
It's seriously enough for me to want to hurt someone... But, what I did is contact my lawyer, and he said to tell AutoTrader that if it wasn't removed by 9 am tomorrow that we would file a law suit against AutoTrader for the full price of the car. So, we'll see what happens...
