resistor chip intsall help??

So yea i got a resistor to go into my eclipse, sposed to change the air/fuel mixture, anybody know anything about this, if so i kno it prolly takes a few seconds, but can u help me install it?? 757-404-7729

I'm not going to be a dick, but please don't put that in your car. I am guessing this is the resistor that tells your computer that your car is running hotter than it actually is?? It DOES work, but it is a half assed way to do it.
