Default which turbo to get

Alright guys i'm seriously lost and confused when it comes to turbo sizes.. i.e trims and a/r's so in short someone willing to help me out i'd appreciate it.

senario.. i have a stock b16 engine that i'm building a turbo kit for and plan on running low boost.. why? stock engine andi don't want to kill it.. BUT in 4-5 months i'll have a fully rebuilt/resleeved ls block to swap in and want to produce about 450whp.. now is there such a beast that i can boost with the b16 and have good spool times and acheive.. 200-260whp with out breaking alot and then being able to boost into 450whp with the same turbo down the road.. i'll be running 3" pipes and everything for the higher boost.. just need to know if i'm going to have to put in a diff turbo or not. I know i'm going to have to go and get it tuned again but is there a turbo to suite my needs?

your gonna want to have a nice big turbo to support the over 400 range, cause you dont want to by a small turbo now thatll make like 260 on medium boost, cause when you turn it up youll just get choked out up top, id just wait till you get the built motor, buy a 60 trim turbo or t4,and boost the hell out of it........

For now go with a T-3 or a t3/t04. T3 probably better cause you could easily adjust the boost with the internal wastegate. Pick one up off of a saab or volvo because the internal wastegates are usually adjustable. Might die off at the top of your revs though. never boosted a b16 before. What kind of fuel management will you be using right now? I saw that you had mentioned hondata but I'm not sure if you meant for right now.

Might as well go with the hondata now pretty much do it all right the first time so i don't have go back and do it over again.. just going to have to change the turbo and injectors i think
