I never thought I would do it but i'm gonna spray my old prelude jus for the hell of it, no one would expect to get their ass whipped by an 89 lude....but are there universal nos kits? cuz shit... it's hard jus to find intake for our cars...if anone knows jus tell me where i can find like a 50 shot universal kit then jus let me know, thanks.

Many nitrous kits are universal, you aren't looking very hard..

 

and just because you spray doesn't mean it will be that fast...

just like slovtec and the roadmaster

 

You can put nitrous on anything, as long as you put in some time and research.

 

yeah trey posted this thread but i wanna know that if he does put a nos kit in his car whether that old engine will be able to take it and if you think that it wont what mods will be needed before he can put a 50 shot in his car

 

a friend of mine sprayed on his D16(that motor has been through spray, boost, and just general abuse and it's still kickin) so do i think the motor can take it? yes, i think it can as long as he doesn't get too excited and sprays on everything. As far as mods are concerned there's a few things he can do.

1) Spray on a budget and just get a Zex kit so it will only spray at WOT, if you do that than you don't need any other supporting mods.

2) He could also throw down the extra cash for a wet kit, that would compensate with some fuel.

3) Finally, he could just go with a direct port wet kit but i doubt he was going for the precision or tuning of a system like that.
