Motor Swapping
Alright, everybody always wants to do something different, right? Me and some of the guys at my work are always coming up with something ridiculous.
The best ideas we got: Pontiac Fiero w/ NSX drivetrain, and for laughs an 80's Monte Carlo with a VTEC motor, just to f**k with people.
If it were possible and you had the money, what kind of swap would you do?

I'd like to see more done with the Insight. Maybe an H22 or something if you could find a way to wedge it into that engine bay.

Honestly, I've wanted to do a serious mod job on an Insight. They look like an updated CRX; it would be sweet to cut one right down the middle and widen it, and maybe chop the top while you're doing major body modifications. Then deep six the stock drivetrain and drop something a little more potent in there. Maybe even just stick the engine in the back, whatever.
Someone should really photoshop that, I think it would look super sick.. They're pretty cool, they just look silly being so narrow. They did have the lowest mass production car Cd when they came out though, which would make for a nice race setup. Who knows if it's too narrow stock to drop a regular vtec mill in there though..
Oh yeah, B9 Tribeca engine, with a turbo, in the back of....something. Just to carry on the rear engine boxer tradition, but cheaper that that "prancing horse" brand..
Or drop a Hyabusa in a tiny ass car like a metro, just to make a totally manic little rocket..
