Default Any audio tuning experts online?

Here is what my stereo consists of.

Kenwood Excelon 869 HU
2 MB Quart Coaxial Front door speakers
2 JL Audio 10W3V2 subs.
1 JL Audio 450/4 4 channel amp.

The subs are wired bridged via channel 1 and 2 in series.

The door speakers are wired in stereo on channels 3 and 4.

I need to know what settings on the HU will be best and what settings on the amp will take full advantage on this setup.

Here's the info on the amp http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_amps.php?amp_id=255

Here's the info on the subs http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_...hp?series_id=11

Here's the info on the door speakers http://www.mbquart.de/en/produkte/c....php?nr=dke_113

define "tune"
i mean, i could bring out a full spectrum analyzer and use pink and white noise, 'tune' for flat or other tuning curves, tell you how many cycles will 'stand' in your car's cabin, etc.
you haven't said much about the sub enclosure(s) nor the purpose of the system (show, or audiophile, or just random listening)

It's a custom box enclosure mounted behind the rear seats, all MDF.

By tuning I mean I want a great range of sound replication by usage of the crossovers available. I want a great crisp sound through the frontal image with a great combo of low's, mid's, and hi's. I want the subs to pound as hard as they can without distortion or clipping.

I want the most I can get with what I have in other words.
